We built this because the job search process is really hard. Rejection has always been a part of it, and that’s ok. What isn’t okay is feeling like you’re doing it wrong and like your experiences aren’t valuable. We hope to help you with that.

“I graduated with a first-class degree in Computer Science and have experience across banking, consulting, and software engineering through multiple internships and projects. During university, I spent years navigating applications, assessment centres, interviews, and the often opaque structure of graduate recruitment.

After seeing how many really capable people struggle to present themselves effectively on paper, I started helping others improve their CVs, cover letters, and applications in a way that is clear, analytical, and tailored to the tough modern hiring process.
